Farming Tsar Stones Question

I saw a video recently about farming Tsar Stones where you come back every 7 days to the grave near the corrupted tombs to fight the ghost of Vanasse. My question is, if I wait 7 days in Cierzo and then go out again can I still use the short cut by the bandit camp or will the short cut reset itself to blocked, requiring me to go through Ghost Pass again?

Another way to farm them is to create a character, have them skip through the opening, buy a bottle of gaberry wine, run out of town to ghost pass, run through ghost pass, run to the grave and get the Tsar stone. If you do it right, you can do it in about under 10 minutes. After that, just keep creating new characters until you have all the Tsar stones you want, then use either split screen or a friend's game to transfer all the stones to your main. That's what I did anyway, took me a few hours but I got the entire armor set and all the weapons.

I'm relativ new to this game but this Tsar Stone thing seems very annoying. If i read things correct you can get only 5 Stones per complete playthrough. Other than that you can use the technique above to gather the stones. Well, i rather just enable Debug Mode, give myself what i want and Drop a few thousand Gold for the cheat Vendor.

I consider splitscreen abusing also cheating, so instead of make it complicated i prefer the easy way. But i think i will just ignore the Tsar stuff.

but that is also the only way to upgrade some items (pearlbird mask)
