Why go through the trouble of getting Tsar Armor when White Kintsugi exists?

The only thing I see which is better with Tsar Set is the hot weather defense and fire resistance. Tsar set has 3 more protection and a lesser mana reduction but the white kintsugi set has more impact resistance, a lesser reduction to movement speed and stamina cost. I see no reason to go through the trouble of getting the Tsar Set, but if I am missing something please enlighten me.

You sure about that? I just wiki it and the stat in tsar set is clearly better

Who uses these sets anyway? So slow. But fyi, tsar set is better and looks waaay cooler ;)
