Eternal Winter?

I'm currently in the first Region and it Snows for like 45 Days non stop. I left the Region around Day 10 and travelt to Berg, then to Monsoon and back to Chersonese and around Day 12 it began to Snow. I explored the Region, made Money and died a Lot and now it is Day 57 and it is still snowing. How long do the Seasons last?

I'm not actually certain anymore. It feels like when you leave the area and come back winter starts and never seems to stop. I play on hardcore so I tend to lose my characters so I can't say for certain. Here's hoping my 3rd one survives long enough to see the winter end :D

I wouldn't mind if it was eternal winter over there. Gives cold weather gear more value.

Winter starts on day 14, then lasts for 14 days. It keeps rotating every 14 days.

Well, i was for at least 45 Days nonstop in the Region and it was always snowing. Meanwhile i have read the wiki and searched for other posts and found similar Informations, so i consider this a Bug in my game.

Can you test it on another one later?

Just a little Update: I traveled with my actual Char to Monsoon, trained a bit and then back to Cierzo. After i was back the Weather changed immediately. This makes me wonder if the Weather change is triggered by the Area changes.

I just had the same thing happen to me. Day 56 and the area changed in front of my eyes as I was walking down the road. Looked spooky when everything slowly turned back to green :D
