For those who wants fast travel, there is an easy fix

WARNING: Do NOT use the other cheat options in this wonderful game unless you want to break your own experience.

Love the game, absolutely fantastic for a team of like 10 people, but im a busy guy and the running around was starting to get to me. Luckily, there is a option to enable it without using trainers or any other malware potential software.

1: Go to your Outward_Data folder, and create a .txt file,and name it DEBUG.txt

2: Save it and close the text file.

3: Open the game

4: Once ingame, press escape and you will see 2 new tabs in the upper right corner. Cheats,and Item Spawner.

The Cheats tab has a teleport function that lets you teleport to all the areas in the game, but i only use it for the towns, because running for 30 minutes is not an option for me in my everyday life, i want to actually progress.

Dont use the other cheats or item spawners unless you wanna ruin your own game completely. Fast travel is harmless, godmode and legendary items is not.

Thanks for posting this, it's a life saver. I want to play the game, but don't have hours to micro manage my inventory or spend hours walking back to town when I forget a cooking pot.

Travel isn't that bad once you learn where you're going. I had a friend who did this then complained that the game didn't offer as much content. Of corse he was mapping around to where ever he needed to get resources, grabbing them then mapping back.

If you feel the need for fast travel I'd suggest the mod over activating cheats, I just see it end poorly more often than not.
