Report a translation problem
To be fair, it's things like these forums that still keep Steam the centre for PC Gamers, if Epic got their ♥♥♥♥ together (actually built infrastructure for a community etc...), and continued with their cheep pricing then Steam might be in real trouble.

It's crazy how they don't implement even the basics but seem happy to throw huge amounts of cash at their pricing. Almost everything they are selling at the moment must be at a loss for them. Surley even 2 mil at the right company would have them sorted both inward and outward 'facing', and nothing to the cost of what they are resorting to having to do.
By their own pricing in the UK they make £3.36 for every Outward sale (at the current sale price). I can only imagine their additional £10 sale comes off their end, so for every Outward sale they are loosing £6.64. Being that their cut is 88% of sale price to the publisher.
Epic are playing a very strange, and expensive game.
