Prices in Levant is very high!

After arriving desert area City Levant, i went shopping to buy Alchemy Kit
I found it but couldn't buy one because the price is tooooo high.
In Cierzo or in Berg they sells the kit with 65 silver.
Should i do some quest ?
Actually i didn't do much quest yet. Does this cause this price issue?

No, prices in Levant are high due to shortages in the city.
You can make use of this by buying ingredients in the other cities and selling potions etc. in Levant, as the selling price is also higher.

But selling price is not so high as buying's.
For example Warm pot's price is 5 that means only 1 silver coin's high
They usually buy warm pot with 4 silver in Berg and Cierzo.

The prices will be lowered after you some missions, i think it's about doing blood under the sun, the one with the prince, you will also get the house for freee

So i think i will try that quest after i go around the Aurai ( i haven't visited swamp/marsh?)

Yes it’s tied to a specific event in the quest, if you don’t do something, the prices will remain as they were. You’re told by multiple people that the baron is controlling the high prices.

If you didn't join the heroic levant you can just leave prices as they are and make a profit by selling things in there too. The levant doesn't sell anything that you can't find an equal or better option somewhere else or just find in random loot on the maps, with the exception of the smugler girl.
