Tips for the Wendigo in Corrupted Tombs
I have been triying to kill this thing for a while, but to no avail. The problem I have with him is that I get cold while fighting him, and being a long fight I would freeze before finish him.

I have no traps, teas, potions or fur armor with me at the moment, using the fang greatsword, Kazite mask, and the rest bluesand armor. Any methods to finish him off quickly, or should I simply go back and re-supply?

try using fire, if you got a linen cloth and thick oil, combine um and get a fire rag, if you got an alchemy kit, use a thick oil and water with it, that will make warm potions which increase fire damage when you drinkem, if you have magic per chance and the fire sigil, use the sigil and either use a flint and steel on it before the fight begins and lure it to it or just spam spark on the sigil,

windego's have negative resist to fire, so it amplifies the damage you do to it tremendously

also if you have problems fighting him in the cold, their is a not nearly as cold area in the cave you can lure him to if you have fought the smaller enemies their, but the warm potion from before should help you

hope this helps.

That was very insightful. Thank you.
Hello. Also if you or anyone starting out, use the lantern to throw on him and run around/kite to avoid its hits. As was mentioned above, there are places you can lure it out of the cold areas. With no traps starting out or not having any, using the lantern is a good choice when you tab target it and throw it on him. Have a couple or so on you. The fire rag is good too. Just let the lantern fire do most of the damage before you engage. It does hit hard.
