Well...maybe this $125 bottle of bourbon might stop me.. but tomorrow...
No fast travel.
Cant see your self on the map.
No mounts.
Need to eat, drink and sleep.
And the list goes on and on.
What's up with you people and jumping on posts that you disagree with in order to ruin someones enjoyment? Weirdo.
It's a great game and very refreshing to the genre. Let me know if you are looking for co op ive yet to try the MP out.
If thats the case then we can all only know envy for you as you have a lot of options
I'd rather have to have spatial awareness and I enjoy the semi-survival elements rather than have a character that goes for days with no needs while spamming quick slashes on enemies that can't fight back and no necessity to explore beyond getting to cities the first time so I can spam fast travel and ignore the world.
In fact, I have even better options for you - plenty of phone app games being made for lazy players that want to be idle and have the games play themselves/auto-grind for you while still letting you occasionally spend the stuff earned on said auto-grind to make said auto-grind go faster, thus making you feel like you actually accomplished something. Y'know, the bare minimum for any sense of satisfaction tailored to those for whom that is good enough and don't want to have to work for it.
I'll take my Risens, Dragon's Dogmas, Dark Soulses and Outward..ses. I wish there were more of them, rare as they are, since there's so much of the sh*t you want already being constantly pumped out like Ikea furniture. Guys like me who prefer the occasional antique start to feel a bit left out sometimes.
But even in DS you can teleport.
Game is small
Graphics are dated, very dated
Controls are poor
Camera is poor, especially in tight areas
Story is very poor
Pretty much its all in all just a meh game
So yeah, one of the best videogame experience I had (and still have) this year. Works like a charm on my 4K TV and also, controls and cameras are great, config options are all there... What to add ? Long live this studio.
finally a game that doesnt treat the player as if he is stupid.
and fast travel would only ruin the survival / season part of the game. the world can be a bit empty and lifeless at times though.
The map is very easy. You can see landmarks from almost anywhere on the map and know exactly where you are. None of the things on your list are important, not to me anyway.
Well, fast travel would be nice, but still the best RPG since the first Risen. DOS was very good as well, but I like this better. Completely different type game.
Lmao, everything you listed is a positive to me. Reading this forum makes me realise why "gamers" get fed ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ nowadays and EA continues to rape and pillage everyone's pockets. You deserve it!
Everything except the no mounts that you listed is a positive thing.
