I can't farm tsar stones

So I go to farm the tsar stones from the ghost near the grave, but he isn't there after the first time. The first time I chose to coat my weapon with wine(else the ghost won't respawn) and killed the ghost pretty quickly, rewarding me with a tsar stone. I went to sleep for a week and a half but when I came back there was no ghost and I didn't have the option to interact with the grave again. Has anyone experienced a similar thing; is it just a patch that makes the ghost spawn only once or am I the only one experiencing this issue?

I believe they "fixed" it.
Ghost does not respawn and it's only one time event.

Don't think so, try going to another map and waiting there 7-10 days, from what i know, you need a map reset for the ghost....not an area rest as we did until now
Then again....i didn't test it because i forgot
