Fast travel / mounts?

I've read several reviews that say that this stuff isn't implemented or wont be? Is that true? I hate running everywhere...

Technically you can fast travel just by placing alts in each city and splitscreening

i kind agree there should be a faster way to travel atleast to known positions. because it takes hours to run between towns over and over.

Screw fast travel. Mounts would be rad.

The OutSouls mod on nexus(mods) adds a souls-like fast travel system by placing bonfires at key places in each region. There's like 4-5 over world bonfires for each region and one for most of the dungeons and major locations. Currently there's no real progression system that lets you unlock them as you come across them, but it's pretty much the closest thing to a proper fast travel system. It costs one fire stone per teleport, but you can disable that. Highly recommend checking it out.

No fast travel, nor there will be (except of course when switching zones).

However, you can make yourself a.... "mount" - get Master Trader gear and Mercenary Skilltree and you'll be able to run as fast as if you're riding a mount. Bonus if you grind Pearlbird mask.

80% of the game is walking. Adding that would shorten the game and kill it even more.

It's a strong move to not put such a massive flaw in the game. Fast travel would kill the game.

there is a mod to randomize stats on equipement , and most of the time it's downgrades to the actual stats however on few pices i had cool effects ,like insane posture damage , 1.50 speed claymore , or even steel swords with added elemental damage

and i got some armor with movement speed
pearlbird mask 20 % ms , black mage robe 9% ms, worker boots 19 % ms and a shield with 6 % ms , it really helps me a lot with travelling
