My game save file corrupted

I was playing my game when all of a sudden my pc bluescreened, so I booted it back up just to see "Failed reading save data file or data is corrupted".
Is there a back up for the save somewhere on my pc? A way to debug my save and maybe restore it or, do I need to replay through the entire game again just to continue the grind of beating every level with the minimum time and commands required.
