My game key from IG (Monday Motivation Bundle #54) also reported duplicate key error when I activated it. How do I contact you developer and get the replaced key?
Thanks!
(Well, since there is no Devs replying here....can't wait for the new game coming out and write a review
Answer from IG support:
As specified in our terms and conditions, every customer that purchases a digital product on our store which requires activation on a third party platform (e.g. Steam activation keys), is required to activate the purchased activation codes within 60 days from the purchase. If 60 days have passed since the purchase of the activation codes and the customer has difficulties in activating the codes, we cannot guarantee replacement of the codes or any other solution.
Unfortunately we are not able to provide a solution for this game, since it has been sold in our bundle more than 60 days ago. You can try to contact the developer and ask for a solution, as the issue here seems to be the deactivation of the keys from Steam or developer/publisher.
Only just realized this myself and it's a shame because I know I bought extra copies of these bundles for giveaways or trade that have been sitting around for a long time doing nothing.
When you can't reach a developer at the OLD game they wrongfully stole from you, then go to where you KNOW they'll be and find the NEW game they're selling.
Hopefully they just haven't been around here, but I've gone through the spiel so many times that I just assumed I"d need to go though all the logical underpinnings again and preemptively explained the issue.

Someone should probably try and reach out to their steam directly if they still don't respond in a few days, in case they're gone from that thread too or actively trying to duck the issue.
First of all, apologies for the very late response. As you can tell I haven't been checking this community very often, I didn't think people remember this game at all. I do sympathize with your problem and am willing to provide anyone who purchased the game as part of a bundle in the past with a new one.
Unfortunately for me, I wasn't paid for my part in some of the bundles I took part in and chasing the company leads nowhere. To take part in these bundles, each company requests a thousand keys and any unsold key are held for any future bundles. When I didn't get paid for my participation in each bundle I effectively had a thousand copies of the game stolen from me. Not trying to diminish any grievances felt here but as crappy as anyone felt for being slighted for their purchases I felt that a thousandfold. I made this game sacrificing much of my free time for a year, looking back on it now I feel a bit embarrassed with my first product and feel I can do much better, but I still put in a crazy amount of work to finish the project. The tragedy for me was when someone else profited off my hard work whilst I didn't see any money for it, deleting those keys seemed like the right choice to me at the time. I hope you sympathize with the situation I'm in.
As a sign of good faith, I'll replace the revoked keys that were made void. If you email me at benartist8@gmail.com with your old key I can replace it for you.
They sold them in Monday Motivation #54 bundle.
So when the developer says:
From those words I understand that "some" means "one or more" but not "all three" of the bundles. My guess is that he was paid only by Indie Gala.
