actually I have a theory
I would love a remake of elvira, elvira II and ancestor : the legacy

for me elvira could do very well
however for the second one I have more doubts
the second one is really fair for the square by square because of all its magic much more complex than the first one
even though until today NO game has matched the horror soft atmosphere, I think that the second one can only be trusted in the GRIMROCK spirit

I dunno... personally I'd accept the full 3D movement. I enjoyed Grimrock some time ago but I feel like that type of game has really become a thing of the past. One area where Went2Play should really up their game is bugs/testing before release. A good chef tastes his dish a lot and from playing Waxworks I can tell the devs just haven't played it enough - most of the bugs could've been easily avoided if only they'd tried all the different combinations/order of performing tasks. I know people who were very excited about Waxworks but the bugs turned them off which is a shame because there is a very good game underneath all that.
