I would like to ask if why is your game easily been hacked? Is there somebody knows how to code your game? The cheat always up to date everytime you have update. Cheats developer always a head of your update.

It is true that there is no online game without a hacker but here it seems that administrators do not offer the help they should. Report to a guy and even video record, they even deleted the topic and in the forum they do not pay attention to me, they totally ignored me and until the sun today the player continues with his traps. In other games such as cs go, call of duty among others, you report to a subject with tests and in half an hour the cheater is banned.

Other than that. I have exposed more than 4 problems with the game. and I receive absolutely no help from any moderator. for example:

I have already stopped reporting problems and hacker because of the very little attention that is received from the Rules team. I thought that the game on Steam would be a greater commitment for the quality of the platform but I think I failed

You have to realize that Netease, even though they are a billion dollar company, is still much smaller than Valve. Valve also uses an overwatch system with trusted users who will review reported players and give their opinion which speeds up the process.

TKD, Shutdown, -GM-, GPWH are confirmed Hacker Clan. I encountered them many times in fireteam. I can confirm because i spectate and watch them telekill other even while we are spectating, as if they are confident enough to not gen banned.

Still, the devs aren't doing anything significant for us players here in the Steam server. Not to mention they're not even transparent to us players when they make changes in game (I'm talking about the reduced render distance for enemy players). In addition, we still have players openly cheating and not getting banned after 300+ games despite players reporting them to devs with solid proofs.

It is simply because alot of legit players are also forced to use cheats to play the game. I mean, who wants to play clean when you get destroyed by hackers who aren't getting banned 'cause the devs simply don't care.

reporting is no use. I suggest that you guys play other battle royale games, this game is ♥♥♥♥ so many cheaters and the devs are not doing anything. I am now losing interest into this game. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

We’re currently working on this issue and are trying our best to ban all cheaters in our game.
We need a proof because if we ban everyone that gets reported it would be unfair for just really good players that are getting reported.
We only ban someone with proof or when a certain person receives multiple reports for a certain reason.
I ask for your understanding in this and I hope to see you in our battlefield soon.

Your explanation is not acceptable, this has been on-going for a couple of days and months now. Even these self-confessed cheaters are admitting it in the lobby chat. They are mocking you because you have not done anything to supress these cheaters.

You should have seen them just laughing like there's no problem and it's like cheaters vs. cheaters now, who will get killed first will lose and we are all caught in between them. No matter how hard we try to stay away from them, they know our location, where we are hiding, and if they have a hard time killing they'd just activate and tele kill and we're dead.

So, if you say that we need proof then your report system via in-game is completely useless because it only allows us to provide information in the Others box.
