R-6 shouldn't be able to pick up moldy hearts

It serves no purpose other than to hurt the character, with peter around it just makes it impossible to avoid moldy hearts at times.

Bumping an old thread because I thought it wasn't possible, as he can't pick up any other heart.

I walked over a few and instantly regretted it. Doesn't seem like a proper synergy item with R-6.

Suuuuper late to the party here but I like having moldy hearts in chronos runs in particular because they have a random chance to give you a whole extra heart container to your max health. You just have to be careful of how much life/shields you have when picking them up.
