all characters unlocked

just started the game for the first time (with all 3 DLCs) and all characters are already unlocked. Since there are unlockable Characters in the progression-tree, i think this is not intentional?

Each character has 2 forms: Normal and Alter Ego (DLC only). If you have Alter Ego DLC, you can choose their Alter Ego right from the start. However, the normal form is not available yet until unlocked in Upgrade tree.

hmm, i see. thanks alot for the info. still feels kind of spoiler-ish / un-achived to get them free-ish.
for me, i would prefer to unlock both forms myself :)
