Do not get any Abyss Gems

I need 20 Abyss Gems for the Hades Quest. I´ve now killed several Managers(Argus, Hal, Zeus, Ares, Athena, Cursed ones) several times and so far haven`t got a single Abyss Gem.

Am i doint something wrong? do i have to do something specific? is it a bug?
I would really like to finish the quest, but unfortunately it won't work if I don't get any gems.
is there a fix for that?

Hey MONki,

Sorry to hear you've having this issue.

Can you please make sure you've done the following:

1. Make sure game progression is at least past Zeus
   
2. After defeating the final boss of the run, pick up the white gem to proceed to Cut Scene 1
   
3. After Cut Scene 1, Hades' office is available to visit. Cut Scene 2 triggers before entering the office
   
4. After Cut Scene 2, enter the elevator to trigger Cut Scene 3
   
5. After Cut Scene 3, you can now collect "Abyss Gem" by defeating the Manager bosses
   
6. After you collected 20 Abyss Gems, go back to Hades' Office then talk to the secretary.
