Bug Dropping through platforms?

Got a bug where near the start of the round I was no longer able to drop through the platforms. Is there anyway to fix it? Changing the jump down setting or resetting keybinds to defaults did not fix it for me. Tried with both my KB+M and PS5 controller and neither worked.

I had the same issue. Exiting the game and coming back in fixed it for me.
