So how do I get the chronos thingy unlocked?

I don't get the achievement, or stamp, by defeating chronos on lvl 1-20 (or so). I dont get it by defeating the boss on 4-10 (which wasn't chronos but prometheus). How the actual actual do I do it? :P

So.....i beat cursed zeus in a normal run several times bit still did not get the completion of the chrono quest, after finishing the chrono run multiple times.
Is this some rng stuff i'm missing?
In my Chrono runs most of the time the first and second (sometimes first and third) Endboss is Chrono but in 4-8 its always some other boss.
Sometimes its also cursed zeus (as said, i already got the cursed zeus quest completed through a normal run), sometimes another cursed god.

Do i miss something here (is there some special requisite to finish the chrono quest) or am i only unlucky because to finish the chrono quest i have to beat chrono at 4-8 and if i get another boss there i need to do it again?

Yeah you need to beat chronos in a normal run. It's still pretty tricky, but if I remember correctly you need to get to the Hal manager without a coin from the angel or devil, nor any progression towards them (the bar that fills when you open a door with crystals for instance). After that you get cursed zeus, and after zeus you will get chronons. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think that's the way to beat him and get the stamp on your character

You need to get to hal without a coin and progress towards them
to get to cursed zeus.
After cursed zeus the run ends.
I did kill cursed zeus in a normal run multiple times (just to be sure)
and the run always ends after cursed zeus.

The run won't end at cursed zeus, off that I'm sure. Maybe you need to kill normal zeus in a normal run for good measure? I'm not sure mate, don't think I can help you here

Well, as i killed normal zeus in normal and chronos run, or better i killed everything there is (in normal and in chronos run) i think something is amiss here.
As said, i did a chronos run last night and killed cursed zeus (after cursed athena and cursed ares) and after cursed zeus (this was 4-8 i think) the run ended.

Edit:
also, it seems in a Chronos run you don't need to kill Hal without a coin or faith bar empty, because i had cursed zeus as end boss of a chronos run even though i had the ares coin and some athena faith bar progress as i killed Hal in the recent chronos run.

As said, it seems there is something amiss (or could it be a bug?).
I already solved all the other quests, only quest which is missing is the chronos quest.
Also, every chronos run i do, i kill chronos 2 times (the last 2 times as Endboss of Level 1-20 and Endboss of Level 2-15 before the next chapter starts), but the quest marker still is not filles/fulfilled!

Well i still don't know how to get the Chronos stamp.
Are there some prerequisites (except that you need to have killed cursed zeus)?
do you need to play on hard mode? Can't you use one of statues to start with specific items?

oh, and just one thing: In the Chrono Trap you always get cursed zeus as last (4-8) Boss.
It doesn't matter if you had faith or a token when killed Hal.
Only in the normal run you need to have no faith and no token to get to cursed zeus.

And again: I killed cursed zeus multiple times in normal AND in chrono trap run.
And it was always the last boss and i only could get back to the bar (waited one run multiple minutes just to see if perhaps a portal to chronos opens, after i killed cursed zeus).

Also, right now, in Chrono Trap the first 2 End Bosses (1-20 and 2-15) are always chronos and i killed him also multiple times.
I'm really puzzled what i'm missing here to get the chrono stamp.

Have you played Endless Mode with the same character you've killed Cursed Zeus with? Characters have badges for every major boss they've killed. The badges have different colours based on difficulty too. Maybe that's the problem? For example: if you killed Cursed Zeus in the normal mode on Easy difficulty with Amir, then you should probably play Endless Mode with Amir on Easy difficulty. also. Hope it helps.

Yes, i have only played with 1 character for the last 50 or more runs.
And also never changed difficulty mode.
So, i killed cursed zeus with the same character over and over again, in normal mode
and also in chrono trap mode.

I think you did everything right. Also I just noticed that you don't have the game on Steam. I'm guessing there's a bug in the version you're playing since we were able to get the stamp unlocked here.

But it don't look like there are others with this problem.
At least i can't see any posts in the GoG Neon abyss Forum (but the forum there also is not used frequently).
Well then it seems this is a bug.
Hope there will be a fix in the future,

Actually I'm with the exact same problem, and already did EVERYTHING THAT IS POSSIBLE into 110 hours of game. Yes, Chronos thing is locked, and I'm giving up. I even finished Cursed Zeus and after that Chrono Trap, both in Abyssal Difficulty, but also tried into Normal Mode, also tried into Hard, and Easy, and also collected ALL THE WEAPONS AND ITEMS, and also all the coins. It's just... Frustrating, but that's okay, the game is still fun, just bugged as hell.
