Where is the grappling hook ?

hi all :) i clear the first dungeon and for go in the next area i need graplling hook for the bridge... I see most video on youtube and all player can buy the grappling hook at the start of game on the shop... ? i dont see it in the my game... it's a bug ? i miss thing ?
(sorry for my english...) ^^

It is a reward at the end of the first dungeon, so you probably already have it in your inventory ? ^^
(or it's a bug)

If you beat the 1st dungeon during the demo on PC, you won't have recieved any reward. Go back and redo the 1st dungeon & you will get a reward that opens up more of the world for you to explore.
