Where is this Breezy house???

The goddess shrine says you find the dog stone through someone in the "breezy house" but its absolutely no where to be found... help?

it's on a island in the river, with a bridge to it from the left of the final dungeon/north of the town. The NPC will have side quest to gather flowers, the reward for that quest is the dog medallion

Let me know if you find anything about the Croaker medallion, having a tough one on that one myself.

You need to pick up at least 5 to turn the quest in.
