The devs have themselves admitted that the classes are very unbalanced and they're being addressed.
We've also already improved the Mage and Witch, with some quality of life given to the Reaper, Warrior and Bomber Classes!
More info will come on the remaining classes, as well as how we're listening to your feedback soon :)
The knight is beyond broken, a nerf to its attack power should fix that.
Currently your party can go 4 knights and steam roll any dungeon. That isn't enjoyable.
-Changed Knight stats (Reduced attack damage by 25%, increased ability cooldown from 1.5s to 3s, decreased stun duration by 25%)
We'll continue making adjustments as necessary but we're reducing them over time to not over swing on the changes.
I know there were people on here asking for this, but I wonder how many people like me really enjoyed playing with the Knight as he was...
Guess I'll main either Pirate or Reaper now.
but knight is literally indestructible right now (it's fun and newb friendly and i dont think anyone will really complain since its PvE co-op)[aka the most fun game type]
>places 8 100HP bombs next to friend playing knight
>he gets 8 damage.
Personally I think the Knight should stay where they are and buff the damage from other sources. Maybe buff enemy hp scaling a little bit. But I'm clearly in the minority. Putting a bigger CD on leap is a really bad move though. If mage & rogue are buffed, there's almost no point to playing Knight period except co-op scenarios if the devs add more secondary functions to classes (IE: threat generation etc.).
If leap gets nerfed, run speed should be bumped up to normal.
Overall, I expect the progression for most people will be hero > knight for a minute > Reaper if they do the sidequest. Maybe Pirate for people that look up where the legendary fish are. Single player anyway.
