I'm tired of constantly scrolling through it every time I boot it up...

...Great, except there isn't an end key on my keyboard and I've pressed every key in search of one. How do I skip?

I agree. The skip key should be enter or spacebar. Not everybody has an end key. In fact, it would be better if any key can skip it.
