I just unlocked the ice hole. What effect does it give?

Same as the bath house but a bit less/a bit cheaper

It's the same as the bath house, but it's much better for alcohol-addictive cops, like Shini or Chapmen.

As it was mentioned same as bathhouse. Keep in mind though that officers have a low chance of catching a cold when doing so and then go to the hospital for two days.

But yeah. Just a cheaper way to rest two officers. Useful when short on money or cops who need rest.

One of my elder officers got hurt after he went there... I think a cold bath in the middle of the night (00:30 am) wasn't a good idea :D

Also you cant send as many cops to the ice hole as you can to the bath house
