Doors and gates
Do we really need a skill to open doors and gates... on the spa assault i could not open the gate to get to the last perp

If they are locked then yes? There are many different perks..batterin ram, lockpick or grasshopper to jump over high obstacles...

Always ensure to have at least one cop with one of these perks...i mean it should be obvious by the tutorial.

You have a cop with a lockpicking skill at the start of this assault. Additionally you may not unlock the door on the right and go around the building to the right and through the broken window.

And yes, you have a cop with a grashopper perk RIGHT NEAR the gate so you can jump over fence and open a gate from the inside.
