Why are the police lights blue and green?

I just started the game, but this instantly caught my attention. Why are the lights on the police cars blue and green? In the artwork on the store page the lights were clearly classic red and blue. I've also never seen blue and green lights used on ANY police force in the world. Blue with blue, sure. But never blue with green.

Am i missing something here, or is this an oversight?

EDIT: Even in the cutscenes you can see that the cars have red and blue. Clearly something happened last minute to promt that change, i just wonder what exactly.

But just why? Blue and green is not the standart lights setting for any police force in the world, america or otherwise. Its like a firetruck being blue with green stripes.

Agreed, also the tactical portion and the following victory graphic, the police SUV have blue and red lights.
