0.8.3.14 (.15) (.16) - conveyor priority fixes
New version, the conveyor priority was revised, hope it will works now much better and it will not create an new unexpected critical issues. Also the system was changed a bit for an conveyor engines without priorities. Another critical fix is various stuff about terrain editor launching and saving. Also now the map done in terrain editor can be used as start maps.

0.8.3.14
  • Fixed saving issue with terrain editor (overwriting the terrain5 folder instead saving into workshop_wip)
  • Now the terrains from terrain editor are listed as possible start maps
  • Added possibility to copy - load directly an terrain from terrain editor into an workshop landscape item
  • optimized fields rendering
  • Fixed issue with price factor reset when set to 0.0
  • Added warning message to building editor if limit for vertices count reached per one part
  • Fixed issue with false warning message about failed to visit hospital
  • Fixed issue with warning icon displayed at hotel even no issues
  • Fixed issue with forklift not send sometime to transport resources, in case you will have this issue, you will need to sell all forklifts from garages connected to problematic buildings, it was caused by schedule for forklift not get sometime reset, causing forklift is not send and also other forklift, because forklift with struck schedule is intend to transport resources, so other forklift thinks they don't need to start.
  • Fixed crash when workplace for forklift is changed to garage, and forklift is close to this garage
  • Follow camera update
  • Fixed issue with struck plane due to construction vehicles
  • Fixed propellers for airplanes moving on the taxiways, and bad rendering of propellers when game was paused
  • Fixed conveyor/pipe highlight and priority issues
  • Fixed issue if in hotel there is no heating tourist health is decreased even he is currently not in hotel
  • Fixed rare crash connected to lines management

0.8.3.15
  • Hotfix of crash when vehicle such as bus passing through small bus station or any building and get new task

0.8.3.16
  • Optimized rendering of mod list or vehicle/building groups named which caused FPS drops on the some low end graphics cards
  • Fixed tourists statistics problem, sometime it may show more profit than in reality
  • Fixed problem about sometimes save was not possible to delete and one file remain in the folder

Would it be possible to make conveyors/pipelines only send resources when storages are at % threshholds similar to distribution offices? It would be nice to have a conveyor that only forwards resources when the source stockpile is over 90% full for example.

Would be easier than rail distribution offices...

I have a suggestion, assign a button on the keyboard to on/off the terrain grid. And then constantly go to the menu and turn it on and off is not very convenient.

Maybe think about how to separate customs for ships and planes? Now it is one virtual customs per country with one number of tourists. This will motivate the delivery of tourists by different means of transport.

Tourists are already arriving at all customs, and this is a very good idea, this motivates to connect them all to the transport network to serve more tourists, but for ships and airplanes there is only one virtual customs, and of course, in this case, planes will be preferred, because tourists are more pay the fare.

Hey Peter, would it be possible to extend the travelling time for workers in Construction Office busses? I find the current time to be very limiting if you want to build the next city over.

HardCore> this is fine idea.. just man.. this virtual customs was quite kick in the ass hack.. and this would be too risky.. :-/

I think the amount of time people are allowed to spend in ships could get increased, too. I've heard people mention that their toursts weren't able to reach their docks, because the ship was too slow.

looks like game writes to workshopconfig.ini file after reading, if there are typos then it can end with random binary dump from memory writen there https://discordapp.com/channels/607650298189578260/648624593069801472/790377586403704874

With update .14/.15/.16, my conveyor chain is no longer working. I have six conveyor engines from the mine to the processing plant; the first one says "destination full or does not require resources right now", the rest say "source is not sending resource". The mine is full, and the processing plant has no ore. I know six conveyor connections is a lot; is that confusing the new connection code?

I had the same problem, one of the conveyor engine had suddenly no power, but I changed nothing. The substation can`t reach it anymore.
