Shouldn't it have a pipe output so we can handle the product via pipeline, directly connect to rail loading, etc?

Same for the farms not having a pipe input so a fertilizer storage tank (or fuel storage) can be attached.

Yes - I've built an industrial area with three synthetic fertilizer factories, and a group of oil tank-trucks running back and forth to the oil tanks across the road, that then connect to a liquid rail loading... Quite uneconomical maintenance-wise and fuel-wise.

Also, I'd like to have larger fertilizer-factories. Right now, you basically need one in every place where you have farms. But since farms only use fertilizer once a year, it would make sense to have a larger one that you can use for export in the downtimes.

And a separate water supply pipe for production, please! Quite strange to use drinking water for fertilizer.
