People don´t get radios and tvs although electronics are provided

In my recent game i started after several years without electrinics to supply elevtronics. BUt my population doesn´t get any radios or tvs while buying electronics. Does it take a certain amaount of time in order to establich radios and tvs or is this a bug? Greetings

you are saying if you compare the number of people with TV/Radio from before you started importing is the higher/the same as a year after you starting importing electronics?

Problem solved. After several months the number of citizens with radios and tvs started to increase.

Having a Tv/Radio has the same mechanic like having certain stage of education:
Everytime they fullfill electronic needs, their imaginary electronic bar is filling up, until a certain stage, then *suprise* they have a radio (maybe they destroy 10 of it somehow by trying to turn it on until they know how :_D)
