... totally unrelated to that, I had already built up in the mountains far away a "normal" CO intended to be equipped with bulldozers & excavators for levelling purposes. (along with a Heli fire station and an electric substation) ... basically the first hub for a new city in the mountains
So the question again is, how to order some M10 cargo (currently waiting at a aircraft factory "parking slot") to take on bulldozers & excavators (currently manufactured and waiting in the vehicle factory) to get them to the remote CO in the mountains?
i could build a mud road (somewhere quite steep and funny locking and order them to drive there) - which I try to avoid - but anyhow travel time would last >3 months of game time.
... and with Heli´s in thhe game obviously able to get those vehicles a lift ( as in a Heli CO) I thought, I could use a Heli for that too. .... but how?
... the problem is - as described now two times already - , that a heli will not accept any of the places where a vehicle is accepted as their pick-up point and vice versa (and I can´t send a bulldozer to a heliport/airplane parking - I even tried to use a heli-cargopad linked with a "space for vehicles" but this also would not allow to load the vehicle onto a heli) ... last but not least, the CO (the target for the vehicle) is not a selectable target for a heli.
So again: ... is there any way to get my heli to transport a vehicles to a remote location?
if not, .... dera DEV´s: please consider to enable such feature as this would really well go along with the idea of using Helicopters for remote connstructions of new development areas. (... add a loading facility foor vehicles onto helis and just enable a kind of drop off point next to any of the remote constructions sites)

If you want to deliver a vehicle from an HCO to a CO can you use the change depot function? (I haven't tried reassigning without a road connection.)
Otherwise can you assign a job to the HCO that is also for/at your distant CO?
Then when vehicles are taken by heli over there, choose them & reassign them to the CO before they are collected (eg when they have just started work).
Might be a workaround.
