Empty container weight being used instead of filled contianer weight

While testing out the unloading speed of containers, I noticed the train with the containers taking off very fast vs the train with the cargo wagons. Looking at the weight of both filled trains I noticed the cargo wagon was over 500 tons, while the one with containers was only 290 tons.

Empty weight is is 259t and its carrying 18 containers weighing 17t so it should be
18 x 17 = 306 + 259 = 565t. Which matches the cargo wagon train which when filled up with crops weighs 514 vs an emtpy weight of 238.

Trucks are also the same, they only take on the empty container and not the weight of what its filled with. Empty weight is 35t, its carrying 2 containers weighing 17t but it only weighs 39t instead of 69t.
