Full Screen support is messy

Hi,

Since this game was out in EA I remember that I always had some problems with the full screen mode.

Issues list in no particular order:
1) Initial start puts the game in full screen mode but windows explorer or steam is still in focus. This forces me to press win-key and click on the game's icon on the task bar to actually switch to it.
2) Alt-tabbing in game can result in "anything". It sometimes works but most of the times it produces a white screen and locks up the game, forcing me to kill it through the task manager.
3) There is no borderless full-screen support, something that all the modern games use to avoid issues 1 and 2 it seems.

I have an old GTX 1070 Ti with the latest available drivers but it's always been like that with this game.

The only windowed mode this game has is borderless window made specifically to give full screen experience without full screen issues.

Except for a couple of days now, the startup window has the "Windowed" button grayed out...

Well, it's been grayed out for a while, so the only way to manually set it to windowed mode is to open the game folder, go to media_soviet, open file config.ini, and change line $INT WINDOWED 0 to 1. Sorry for the inconvenience.
