Why aren't my dumpers loading construction waste?

I have dumpers on a line, set to load construction waste from a dump attached to a coal mine. They're supposed to take it to the border. But they just sit there empty.

Any ideas? Is this a bug? Sometimes there are problems when a store is overloaded, but if so I can't see how I can empty the dump a bit?

Use the larger capacity waste trucks, the ones with the skip on the back. At 6.5t, iirc.
You are using a dump with a claw machine, and need those types of waste trucks noted. :)

I think dump trucks can only load and unload at buildings with aggregate storages. You have to get waste into an aggregate storage for dump trucks to handle it (usually by getting a waste truck to carry it into an aggregate dump first, or from an output of the general sorting plant).

....took me a while to figure that the dump trucks assigned to move the construction waste from the claw dump are not going to do it.
Even with the combination of dump and appropriate waste trucks, it would not work.
Only by removing the dump trucks and just having waste trucks is it now working.

What you can't make out from that shot is the road access to the claw dump that was assigned to the "Waste movements to plants DO".
As soon as the dump trucks were deleted from the DO then the other waste trucks already present in the DO started to work and collect the construction waste. I just added further waste trucks to the DO.
