Metro Tutorial Bug

I cannot seem to progress the metro tutorial when I get to the electrified railway portion (after setting up the metro schedule). I'm at the part where I need to cross the two tracks you are required to build, but I can only part of the cross. When it is time to add the second one to complete the cross it is impossible to do so.

Has anyone seen this? Is there a workaround?

Solving the problem, go into steam, click on the gear (control), click on "Beta test", it should work
