So to memories all this:
- 100m to fill a pipe
- underground tank about 0/3rd of 100m
- small tower about 1/3rd of 100m
- large tower about 2/3rd of 100m
and pipe ratings:
- small pipe about 1 bar / 25m³
- medium is equal to 2x small
- large is equal to 5x small
Big treatment plant is a bit tricky as its output tank is really tall (way way more then 100m). In other words if the output tank is full then you need 6-10m elevation change to see it trickling water and if it is almost empty then a lot lot more.
However one can get the full 200m³ per day out of it with way less delta and no pumps:
- Connect the 3 output pipes to 3 switches about 60m below the treatment plant
- each of those 3 switches go to another 3 switches (also more than 60m below).
- Connect those last 9 switches to 9 underground reservoirs with 2 pipes each (60m below treatment plant)
Those reservoirs then can handle 25 m³ each or if both outputs of them are used then 18 settlements with 625 people each (12.5m³).
One could double the reservoirs and half the delta or vise versa, but I find 60 meters acceptable and the added storage is adequate in case the treatment plant needs to be relocated further uphill or to upgrade pipes / add a second treatment plant et cetera.
