I found in notification message demolating plumbing 483, just to let you know that is not an english word.
I'd use "demolition of" or "demolishing"

Yup, recently saw that too. Made me actually look it up cause as someone that's done construction for almost 15 years, I've never heard that word used a single time. "Demolishing" would be a decent replacement.
