Ship cement transportation
A ship can take cement on board. But the cargo port cannot load cement! Cement is not in the list of available goods of the cargo port. Is this a bug? It can be fixed?

This is not a bug.. cement is possible to load.. if harbor say.. cement is not available.. it means you not have correct building connected..

You need to connect a building which can store cement.. so cement silo.. it can be connected via factory connection
