Trucks Stuck at Construction Office

I've sent in a save file. I left the game running for about 30 minutes and when I came back my dump trucks for one of the construction offices were stuck at the entrance and refusing to go back inside. The last activity I had been doing that could have effected the construction yard was rebuilding the concrete plant and then relinking the gravel plant back to the office, as I had deleted a road to it.

I noticed something on this tonight on a new save. I had the issue occur again and the two dump trucks that were stuck both still had small amounts of asphalt in them, possibly due to me cancelling the construction before they had finished unloading. Something like 0.041 tons. Perhaps they cannot enter the construction yard when they still have materials on board?

I just noticed that some of my dumper trucks still had gravel in them when I looked at them but they were not stuck. I probably stopped a construction midway somewhere and went back. They were doing there job fine after that.
