Tooltip gets stuck on screen blocking cursor
Old bug that's seemingly been around since release, but I constantly get tooltips explaining about building on hills replacing my cursor and not going away for a long time. Makes it very hard to click or do anything.

Indeed, I hope they fix this soon.
I have noticed that if I "hammer " the cursor on the upper side of the screen, while scrolling down with keys, it goes away.

Maybe there is a possibility to switch them. After some time playing you don't need the tipps anymore, they are only annoying. because cover the sight to more important things.

If you're placing down buildings and get annoyed by the tooltips, remember that you can turn off the interface with Ctrl+G. It also hides the tooltips.

I agree that the tooltip should be moved farther away from the mouse though.
