stats.ini browser/viewer?
Is there any third party browser/parser/viewer of statistical data saved in stats.ini file located in saved maps?
Current bar graphs are totally useless :(

I made a tool for viewing statistics using a web browser. It's still early in development, but you might find it useful. It updates the graphs every time a save or auto-save is made.

Your program looks nice, pity we don't have this build in game, instead of these coarse bar graphs, so we need to restort to .exe file establishing web server - this sound like potential malware, but I will give a try anyway :)
In the past they had good looking plots and for some reason devs decided to remove it and implement bars. I believe it is due to performance impact.
I agree that any .exe from outside of my PC is suspicious. Can't it work purely via web so we could just upload the ini file and get the output?

Im in opposite camp.

imho the risk of offline apps is worth, these days malware is distributed differently anyways and we have so many ways/layers to deal with possible attack angles... and offline apps are so much better in many aspects.

Thaaat said, virustotal does flag the file in few places related to the way python loads things. Most likely its juts insecure code, but yeah just a note for Seth.

Thanks for the feedback! I'm personally in the local apps camp as well. The Workers and Data app is a python program under the hood, packed as an EXE to make it easier to run (without having to install python libraries). I can totally see how the implementation would get flagged by security checks.

The web server is the easiest thing I could come up with to have nice-looking graphs and to be able to support using a 2nd device. It gives the option to avoid having to frequently alt-tab. The app doesn't require an internet connection because I wanted to be able to view stats locally even when I was away from WiFi.

Nice to have all export/import plots on the same graph, now I see that 90% of my export is oil, like typical soviet republic.

Some remarks:
1. initial pop-up window is not scrollable/scalable, I can't quit it on my laptop because button is beyond screen (fortunately reloading page works).
2. Would be nice to have exact date, not just year, when hoovering over data points plot.
I want to know, when this huge peak of deaths exactly occured :)

Do you have python version? exe stopped working propely, it display current year, no matter what date I type and press apply or all. After first launch, it worked fine.
Also dark gray on black screen graph of fuel is not very readable.
