Also silo's have one-way entry and exit, however harvesters are not using silo, just farm.
you could scrol down on the farms building card and select the fields manualy. this will also show you which fields are found by the autosearch, and you will figure if some of the fields actualy can not be reached for some reason
Click the farm and connect the fields that is the problem to the farm again.
I think the issue is that when you upgrade the field then the farm can no longer find a path to it and then the field is removed from the farm.
So you need to assign the field again.
So if your tractors have seeded in spring and you have upgraded the road after this, then it is possible your harvester a few month later no longer know what field to harvest since the field is no longer connected to the farm so to speak.
