Struggling with Dump with Claw + Waste Train

I have essentially 2 questions related to the large dump claw with rail connection.

In the attached image I have 2 of these buildings: https://imgur.com/a/jKDS7iu
- I can't figure out why the highlighted one which is set to construction waste, will not load the train that is parked there with construction waste. I have confirmed power, rail access, restarted the load, and it still won't load.
- I am not sure if I went from the transfer station to the rail with dump (north of the image) and should have used a forklift connection to do that, because none of the waste is flowing to the top building.

I think the claw machine only works with wagons that are only for waste, aggregate loading station is needed to load those hoppers.

Hmmm okay I’ll give that a try then. It’s weird because it’s the aggregate wagon that’s marked as construction waste.

Only "waste" type vehicles (garbage trucks, waste wagons) can load from or unload into "waste" type of storages. If you want an "aggregate" type vehicle (dumper, hopper wagons) to load construction waste (or metal scrap), it can only do so if the construction waste (metal scrap) is within an "aggregate" type storage. Note that "waste" type vehicles can unload construction waste and metal scrap into "aggregate" storages and some waste buildings also have an "aggregate" storage as part of their production.

You can see whether a storage is a "waste" or "aggregate" type by looking at its building's description in the building selection bar. The gravel recycling plant has an aggregate storage for incoming construction waste for example.
