Can't finish first campaign because of "self-sufficiency"
So, i got everything done and am at the point where i am supposed to run self sufficient on food, clothes and alcohol. Okay, no issue. However...

I am. And the guy keeps yelling at me that we totally need to be self sufficient.

It seems like literally everything is no longer imported but "food" as in the bread. With some very small number worth in the hundreds.

I checked every. single. building. that sells food and could potentially import food. Not a single one of them is importing anything. I am importing meat, however im pretty sure that is something else entirely...

I don't know what to do anymore... I would really like to skip this dumbass tutorial already...

...also could really use a manifest feature to figure out where exactly imports go. Would think this is a given in an authoriatian state simulator where you can't look out of the window unnoticed but okay...

Noticed that in the tutorial the counter is rest when shops run dry. So you'll need to make sure that you're producing enough, and that distribution offices does have enough vehicles.

Technically you could "cheat" by delivering goods manually from the border, as that doesn't count.
auto off by in all storages us the tutorial say
if you dont to it after 3 or more minits the minister start yell and show you the first storages where you still have autoby on

If this is regarding the first tutorial campaign, the timer resets any time any store runs dry. So stock up, and have direct delivery route trucks for each grocery store with "wait until empty" and "wait until full" ticked. If the grocery is stocked, AND you have a truck waiting in it's parking lot loaded with food, then you know you'll have enough for the month or more.

Thanks for the hints, but it was nothing of that. I ended up destroying every shop, even tho i am still certain that they all did not import anymore and then build new ones...

...then it suddenly worked. :I

As always its the DAMN bottom right menu... its context sensitive so it always pops up only when we dont know we need it.

ps: remember to click the [+] and check whats there as well, not for this particular issue but in general.

That button is for autobuild not autosupply. I have done what you said and still didn't found it.

When I had the delivery office on 33% resources remaining the truck wouldn't get there in time. By movingn it up to 40% the truck left sooner and restocked as it needed to.

If you select a shop see that rubel or dollar symbol.
If you play realistic you can´t do anything with it.

If you don´t play realistic you can adjust "auto purchase" with this button.

After clicking that button a menue pops up where you can adjust how much of what you want to auto purchase.
You can also select single buy or auto buy.

Every building that deals with resources have such a box.

I had the same problem with the self sufficiency portion of the campaign. The game kept resetting the days required. The reason is that all my stores / pubs etc were built with the auto-stock ( i think ) ticked in the lower right box. To make my campaign self sufficient I had to demolish each and every building requiring the items and then rebuild each one , ensuring that stocking was manually controlled. Once rebuilt and the transport to the buildings sorted , i managed to run the campaign for the required number of days and proceed to the next part.
