There are no savefiles on workshop. You can only get them by asking someone directly and you will mostly get "no" from people.

There is no function to upload saves to the Workshop. Why do you want to in the first place? Perhaps there is a different way to get what you're looking for.

People shared save files before. Just ask someone. I remember hardcore gaming shared his first season youtube play through. Tigrovica shared hers save in guides before.
