Sport venues with local teams

Can we have sport venues with local teams and the chance, if the republic is prepared enough, to host olympics and tournaments with the corresponding buff or penalization of migration and tourism?

TBH if the dlcs are useful enough I wouldnt mind a dlc based on advanced sports and culture, the culture part could have an architecture school where you get fancier building and decorations, and better monuments

The idea with the sports intrigues me just as much as the military.
Quite a bunch of sports coult be implemented.
As mentioned Race tracks, and something with Horses, a sail regatta, and so forth.
Maybe a rodeo...... na... maybe not, but who knows.
Al the things which can be seen from above.

They can just be implied for stadiums, in the case of racetracks would be funny to see them
