Unlocking Village Houses

In the research tree under "High quality flats" it lists unlocked buildings as 2 prefab houses and one "village house" with an icon like the once that naturally spawn with the map.

But cant seem to find a option to actually build these, cant even copy the ones on the map. So is this a like a holdover from a previous version or am I missing something?

Wold very much like to be able to build those little houses:(

Тебе нужно найти в списке эту постройку и приступить к постройке. Да, есть такие постройки что невозможно скопировать, а только строить из меню построек.

These small houses are not buildable in standard game.
There is a mod, which adds vanilla small houses as buildable version:

keep in mind with little houses like that you get spamed with complaints.

the reason is once a % threshhold of unhappy people is meat, you get a notification.
1 in 80 residents not getting a job one day is no issue and you get no notification, 1 in 3 residents in a building however will tricker the notification.

you you get bogged down by all kinds of very dramatic notifications that are realy no big deal. but if you switch these notifications of, you also do not get notified if a real problem is happening.
