Incinerator - heating plant not exporting waste

I can't figure out why my incinerator heating plant does not export waste, though I've a big waste dump attached to it. Can somebody help out plz? It is NOT a issue of heating request, because I've marked it out.

it should at least "push" out ash when it burn something.
Be aware that it will first start to push out ash/waste when the internal storage is filled inside of the incinerator so it can take a little time before it start to push out ash to the waste dump.
if you have trucks waiting at the plant then that would be the reason why you do not see it happening since the trucks will load ASH all the time. So maybe stop any truck that pickup ash and send them somewhere els.

check that the yellow connection lines are pointing the right way.
check that the connection and dump is 100% build.
Check that the waste dump have power. ( not sure if that is required )

a tip. There is also a special big garbage container stand that you can connect to the incinerator ( there are two different in the game, one designed to not be connected to anything and then the other that you can connect to things )

I think it is matter of factory connection net being one-directional.

I had asked by no answer; when all the waste dumps transgert places are full, what to do with all these bins full? There is no place to transfert them at a bigger garbage dump. All my incinerators, with 2 or 3 big transfert points are stopped because of that.

You can sell the ash or build more dumps for the ash to decay.

It will only burn it if there will be need for heat. Same goes for electrical incinerator. Both will burn waste only where there is a demand for heat or energy.

My incenerator is supposed to export ash to dump as well, however every now and then metal scrap ends up in the dump shutting down the entire export.

(no idea why metal scrap ends up in there sometimes)

Always sepcify the type of waste in the waste dumps, this prevents a lot of headache... so mixed waste it should be.

I know exactly what you mean.
Sometimes some other stuff comes to my garbage sorter as well.
I make sure that they are of loaded at one container stand out of the building.
At the lower left here.
I have one small DO ready to pick up anything what does not belong there and take it to it´s proper destination.

After the incinerator is another storage for ash.
Got to make sure that it´s ash and ash only.
