If yes, either they are very old, you need to replace them,
or there is lack of staff - switch off "allow to repair cancel..."
Checked.
The broken ones were all repaired less than a year ago.
Does that mean they are repaired only once a year?
Checked.
The broken ones all are between 16.21 and 24.58 years old.
Are they too old?
I didn't notice complete lack of employees.
I don't want to uncheck "allow repair cancel" because this killed everyone in town the last time I did it.
25 years is no too old. Most of my regularly maintained vehicles are 40yo.
what does it do:
if the box is checked, a repair starts but if a material or workers are missing, the repair stops and a different one starts, this is to ensure you have no endles backlog od vehicles being repaired if, lets say, your plastic is never delivered for some reason.
sadly a vehicle can only be repaired once a year and if materials are not in a warehouse and workers are not arriveing timely you end up with vehicles that get repaired 1% on a try and than rot for an other year.
if the box is unchecked, the workshop is more forgiving with lack of people and resources, they will always finish the jobs they started.
however, if materials never arive, repairs never get done or canceled, so if it is the only workshop in reachno new repairs get done before the old one is finaly done.
your job is to figure out what works best for your situation.
i personaly recoment unmarking the checkbox unless you know you can always provide workers and have a good sised warehouse attatched for materials.
