What causes "death of a child"
I always get this for no reason and it kills my cities. I have no clue why. The hospital is staffed, has ambulances, doctors etc.

Do not know why it happens but it is unfortnunately quite normal in real republics too. It is not that many. Usually only says 1 or 2 so it is nothing to worry about - from a game aspect, that is.

I am not sure but I think it is related to parents going to prison and their kinds not going to orphanage. Do You have orphanages?

In my case it is usually pollution. Residential areas too close to landfills and factories.

Pollution, temperature in building, health, parents cannot reach market with food, parents not alive or in prison and no empty orphange, criminal, and parents leave republic and leave children... Thats all that i know about how it happens in game

If a parent goes to prison and there is no orphanage built, the child automatically dies.
