Trams Or Trolleybuses
Which one is better and cheaper?

Trolleybuses are nice for intracity routes because they don't need to refuel, meaning you can use line-spacing freely. Also useful for routes where it would be awkward to fit a bus end station. But unlike trams they don't fundamentally alter what you can accomplish over buses.

"Better" depends on a number of considerations. Mainly, what capacity you need. Busses can only hold so many people, so you will either need more of them or just be unable to deal with the demand. Also, trams could run on independent tram-roads, bypassing congestion (if you have personal cars or something). Trams will probably be cheaper per person to run once set up, but have a much higher initial cost. It's also slightly easier to expand a trolleybus network.

Blelm has also made some pretty good points.
The American Model E flatbed can haul the T3 trams as well as the smallest tram, presumably the later large soviet flatbeds can do the same but the Model E is available in 1962.

i think we will see more models with v1.

i join team trams.

0. trains = 160 speed but not underground
1. Metro = 100 / 120(?) speed -> best
2. Tram worse then metro but better then bus (more capa and option to be seperated from roads)
3. trolley worse then tram less cost per km then bus.
4. normal bus, high driving costs but flexible
5. personal car
6. when do we get bicycles?
